The Hub is committed to responding promptly and effectively to all incidents and complaints. By doing this The Hub can put in place safeguards and provide a quality service to all clients.
Continuous improvement is important to us as is listening to your feedback, we know that by doing this we can ensure that our service is responsive to our clients needs.
Anyone can make a complaint, report an incident, or provide us with feedback. If you would like to make a complaint but do not want to let Enable WA know you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544 or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission website.
