The Hub would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank our clients whom have adjusted excellently to the way we have had to provide services over the past months. It is important we all continue to practice high standards of personal/ professional hygiene and physical distancing measures in The Hub workplace environment.
Our goal is to guarantee the safety and good health of our visitors, clients, community and our team. Delivering services by Telehealth - either by telephone or video links, has been identified as enjoyable and convenient. As a result, many of our clinicians will continue to provide appointment options which will allow you the choice of either face-to-face, telephone or video consultation.
Please advise our administration team of your preference when making your appointment.
If your appointment is face-to-face we would warmly ask to help us ensure our workplace remains safe by:
1 Using the hand sanitiser provided
2 Maintain the 1.5 m physical distancing guidelines
3 Contact our office to reschedule your appointment should you be experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms.
